Appreciating Wildlife, began at the age of 4, while watching Nature-based TV Shows. Around the same time, when staying near the then-functioning International Airport, I had visited the HAL Aircraft Museum in Bangalore which sparked the interest in Aviation. Two years later, I started birdwatching at Lalbagh and had attended an Airshow, Aero India 2005; now a regular affair. Being gifted a digital point-shoot camera for my 10th birthday, got me to start clicking. It was after successive trips, to Kabini & Kenya, for wildlife, we had procured a DSLR camera. Intrigued by the capability of an advanced model, I decided to try my hand at operating, and managed fair outcomes. After undergoing a Basic Photography Workshop with the able guidance of Award-Winner Mr.Phillip Ross in 2012, a transition had occurred from Photography being 'just a hobby' to a 'way of life' ! It simultaneously has tested my creativity and timing. A combination of both is what is required to freeze the moment. A field where I witnessed the best of nature, aircraft, and places. I also have been blessed to have met the best of naturalists, experts, renowned photographers, and aircrew. While it's the photographer's skill to make a photograph, appreciation from the viewer is what completes the photograph, and therefore, presenting my one-of-a-kind blog highlighting some unique memories that will last a lifetime!
